Yesterday's Employees, Today's Employers

According to Money.commore than 60% of workers want to quit their jobs. Americans today feel working 9-5 is a waste of life.

However, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, only 2.1% quit in July. Further, according to Yahoo Finance, searches for “quitting job” are declining, and those for “Stuck at work” are increasing.

Why is that? Why is it so hard to leave a toxic job?

The one-line answer to that question is, “They are afraid!” They ask, “What’s the best way to escape a 9-5 job without losing a large amount of income? What makes it possible?” And if even you’re looking for a way to escape 9-5 trap, you’re in the right place.
